This strong commitment to safety is demonstrated by our developed and documented safety program that is managed by a full-time safety officer. The safety officer makes regular visits to the site and does safety briefings and trainings for all trades and employees.
Scull's written safety program addresses OSHA requirements, training, and inspection. We require the same commitment from our subcontractors. Scull Construction supports the wellness of our employees through our Drug Free Work Place policy.
Construction crews are encouraged to work safety, and are provided with any equipment necessary to achieve it. They are rewarded with Safety Bucks for safe hours both individually and as a team.
