Project Description: This pre-engineered metal building contains 50,000 square feet for the manufacturing plant and 10,000 square feet of stick-framed attached office space. The company manufactures walls and trusses, and also sells building materials and components. The facility allowed the company to consolidate several facilities into one.

Project Description: This 5,000 square foot maintenance facility contains an 1,800 square foot upper mezzanine office area, and a 3,200 square foot maintenance space. The building was constructed using tilt up concrete sandwich panels with an exposed aggregate exterior finish.
