More Western SD Commercial Construction

The local distributor of Budweiser and Crow Peak Brewery products in western South Dakota is constructing a new office, warehouse, and distribution facility.
Eagle Sales of the Black Hills will relocate its headquarters in 2012 to accommodate the growth the company has seen over the last decade. The new location gives Eagle Sales excellent access to I-90 and Hwy 79/Heartland Express. The building is being constructed of concrete tilt-up panels with rigid insulation sandwiched in the middle. This insulation and thermal mass of the concrete will provide superior energy efficiency for the entire facility, including office, warehouse, and cold-storage space. The massive concrete-panels are a daunting 25’ tall, and are delicately lifted into place by a talented Rapid City construction team, and a large crane.
The Rapid City general contractor in charge of the project is J Scull Construction.
